How to cancel

1. Email [email protected] from the address used for the order.
2. Use the subject “Cancellation request”.
3. Include the order number and whether you want cancellation, delivery help or correction.

Do not include card data, birth details or the full question. We can locate the order from the email and order number.

We check the payment status, whether personalized work has begun and whether the reading has been supplied. We then explain whether we can cancel, correct or refund your order under this policy and your legal rights. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method.
