Orbit & Root provides made-to-order digital readings that bring together a separately calculated Western natal chart and Korean Saju within the broader Four Pillars tradition. The selected product page states the scope, approximate word range, visual features, price and delivery window.

Readings are delivered in English through a private webpage that is easy to read on your phone. Access is planned for 30 days from delivery. A customer receives a limited, personal, non-commercial right to view the reading and download any included keepsake.

Orders are available to adults aged 18 or older, or the age of majority where the purchaser lives. By ordering, you confirm that the information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

You choose whether a birth time is exact, approximate or unknown. We leave out chart features that cannot be calculated responsibly from the information provided. If you submit another person’s birth information, you confirm that you have their permission. Use a nickname, initial or relationship label instead of a legal name whenever possible.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are one-time charges. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

The delivery window begins after successful payment and receipt of all the birth details and other information needed for your reading. If clarification or a review delays delivery, we will notify you and explain the revised timing and available cancellation or refund options. All reading plans are delivered within 24 hours. The confirmation screen and email remain the controlling delivery estimate for the order.

Astrology and Saju are traditional interpretive systems, not scientifically validated ways to predict personality or future events. A reading is a reflective service and does not guarantee an outcome.

It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or investment advice. It does not diagnose, tell you whether to end treatment, guarantee admission or exam results, select a trade or investment, predict death, or replace emergency help. You remain responsible for your choices and should take high-stakes matters to an appropriately licensed professional.

We may pause or decline an order that asks us to frame self-harm, violence, coercion, criminal activity or another immediate danger as fate. We may also omit intimate identifying details or requests to infer another person’s private thoughts. When immediate-risk language appears, checkout may pause and direct the purchaser to human support.

Personalized calculation and writing begins only after payment and the purchaser’s express request to start. Change-of-mind cancellation may be restricted once that made-to-order work begins or the digital content is supplied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This never removes rights that cannot legally be waived. Duplicate charges, non-delivery, an inaccessible report, a calculation error attributable to us or a deliverable materially different from its description are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The site design, written framework, visual system and report presentation belong to Orbit & Root or its licensors. You may keep and share the optional social card created for you. You may not resell, publish, scrape, reproduce or use a full reading, template or calculation workflow to create a competing product.

We may update these terms prospectively. The version accepted at checkout applies to that order. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, legal or payment-provider requirements. Nothing here excludes a mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
