• name or nickname and delivery email;
• birth date, birth-time certainty, birth time, birthplace, coordinates and time zone;
• optional pronouns and optional consented partner details;
• the question and context you choose to share;
• order, payment-reference and consent records, but not full card details;
• security and access information such as IP address, browser data, verification attempts and report-access times.

Please do not submit account numbers, government identifiers, medical records, exact addresses, workplace secrets or intimate details that are not necessary for the reading.

We use this information to check your submitted details; account for the local time and any past time-zone changes; calculate the two charts; prepare, review and deliver the chosen reading; protect the private report; respond to support, cancellation or dispute requests; prevent abuse; and meet tax, accounting and legal duties.

Marketing email is separate and optional. Birth information, questions and partner information are not used for marketing. We do not sell personal information.

Chart calculation, drafting and consistency or safety checks may use automated systems. Before launch, we will test the checks used to review a reading before it is sent. We do not use a reading to make a decision about credit, employment, insurance, housing or another similarly significant right.

Hosting, email delivery, chart calculation, fraud prevention, payment processing and secure storage may involve specialist providers. Some may process information outside your country, including in the Republic of Korea and the United States. The production checkout will identify the payment provider before purchase, and this policy will be updated with the operational provider list before live sales open.

• Unfinished preview draft: up to two hours in the current browser tab.
• Private report access: 30 days from delivery in the production service.
• Reading content and detailed intake: retained only for the operational period stated at checkout and then deleted or de-identified under the production retention process.
• Minimal order, payment, consent, tax, accounting, fraud and dispute records: retained for the period required by applicable law or a live dispute.

We will not claim automatic deletion until the production deletion process has been tested. The checkout version of this policy will state the verified schedule before sales open.

Production reports are designed to require a verification code sent to the order email. Links are not intended to be publicly indexed. No technical measure can prevent a recipient from sharing a code, recording a screen or copying text, so please protect access to your email account.

You can ask what information we hold, request correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw optional marketing consent, or object to certain processing. We may need to keep limited records where the law or a dispute requires it. To make a request, email [email protected] from the order address and include the order number, not birth details.

The service is not offered to anyone under 18. We may update this policy as the production providers or legal requirements change. The current effective date will always appear above.
